KidsNight meets Wednesday nights from 5:45-7:30

There is a $25 registration fee each child (4 years old - 6th grade). Payment plans are available but must be requested in writing.
KidsNight consists of:
Little Kids Time - 3 year olds (as of Sept 1, 11)
LKT will introduce these young children to stories throughout the Bible from Creation to Paul’s Missionary adventures.
Unlike Kid's Quest and Break Out there is no handbook or additional work that must be completed at home.
There is no cost for Little Kids Time.
Kid's Quest - 4 year olds (as of Sept 1, 11) - 2nd grade
Kid's Quest takes children through the Bible in the course of four years. Each year the children, with the help of their parents, work through a specific and age appropriate binder.
Four year olds learn the Bible stories from Creation through Samuel.
Kindergartners learn the stories of David through Jonah
First graders learn the stories of Jesus birth through Jesus feeding 5,000 people
Second graders learn the stories of Jesus walking on the water through Paul's shipwreck.
The registration cost is $25 per child.
Break Out - 3rd - 6th grades
Break Out help kids see how the Bible can be relevant to their lives today. Unlike Kid's Quest, no matter what grade a child starts in they will begin with book one, "How to Know Christ." This book takes them through merely knowing about Christ to understanding what it means to have a personal relationsip with Christ.
The second year book, "How to Grow in Christ," teaches kids how to study God's Word, what church is all about and what kind of character does God want them to have.
In the third year book, "How to Serve Christ," kids learn about Spritual Gifts, what types of ministries would fit with their gifts, and then we have an in depth look at the book of John.
In year four the book, "How to Share Christ," teaches kids just that. The kids learn to share their testimony of their salvation with other kids and then prepare to go on a mission trip in the summer.
Kid's Quest gives the kids a good biblical foundation and Break Out builds on that by helping kids apply it to their lives and getting them to understand that God wants to use them to reach others.
The registration cost is $25 per child.
Kids Quest and Break Out Binders
Each child, 4 years - 6th grade, registering for these programs must complete their binders by May 16, 2012 in order to receive an award on May 20, 2012. Parents, we do not work on these binders on Wednesday nights. They are for you and your child to work on together at home. Each week our lesson will help review what the parent and child have worked on at home.
Children's Choirs
Music has always played a large roll in the children's ministries of North Side. All children 3 yrs to 6th grade will now be able to participate in choir. 3 year olds -Kindergarten have a choir rotation each night in the Preschool Backyard Room.
Children in 1st-6th grades also have a choir rotation each night. They are split up into three grous 1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th and 5th & 6th.
Each Christmas both our preschool and children's choirs perform at our Carols, Candles and Children Service. This year that service is on Dec 18, 2011.
In the Spring the children work on a full musical. This is always a lot of fun but it takes a lot of rehearsal to prepare so be sure to notice in the Parent Handbook the scheduled bonus rehearsals.
The musical this year will be performed on Sunday, May 20, 2012.
Our preschoolers also work on a short musical for the spring and it will be performed on Wednesday night, May 23, 2012. THis is always a special performance and this past year was SRO.
