Our Mission
Mission Statement –

Organization – Our administrative structure utilizes Leadership Councils, Committees, Ministry Teams, and Task Groups to accomplish the ministries of the church.
- Administrative Council, chaired by the Pastor, is responsible to recommend to the church plans, policies, and budgets.
- Ministry Coordinating Council, chaired by the Associate Pastor, is responsible for coordination of program calendars and activities.
- Six standing committees oversee properties, personnel, budget, and long-range planning. More than thirty Ministry Teams give opportunity for unlimited numbers of members to serve in various ministries according to interest and commitment.
- Short-term activities and annual events are coordinated by several Task Groups.
Staff –
- Church staff is headed by the Senior Pastor, along with other full-time Associate Pastors for Music, Administration, Children, Students, Singles and other ministries.
- Part-time pastors assist with Discipleship and Senior Adult ministries.
- Support staff includes several office personnel, custodians, and several part-time childcare workers.
- Other paid and volunteer staff have responsibilities with meal preparations, and limited day-care for children.
- Dozens of volunteers serve weekly in positions such as greeters, ushers, youth leaders, vehicle and property maintenance, and caregivers for children during worship and other programs.
Personality – Guests and members say North Side is a friendly church where it is easy to make friends and soon feel a part of the church family.
Our Vision
Vision for the Future – The members of North Side have a forward-looking vision, firmly founded on a strong heritage of missions and ministry.
- We are a body of many mature believers with decades of faithful giving and service blended with dozens of young families who are growing in faith and commitment. Ministry needs within the fellowship range from caring for homebound senior adults to a full nursery overflowing with newborn babies.
- North Side has a large outreach ministries to students know as Fuel. Fuel is an exciting and fun place for teenagers to discover the truths of God's word.
- Town Hall meetings are where we group around tables to pray and make preparations for the challenges that a growing church faces. It also is a great place to fellowship and become stronger in our relationships within the church family.
- God has blessed us with financial strength to expand ministries and missions.
It is an exciting time to be part of an energetic fellowship, led by a staff and lay leadership who are committed to bringing glory to God as we lift up the name of our Savior in this place!
