Registration Fees: (FALL 2008/SPRING 2009)

 

Registration is a $25.00 non-refundable fee.  Children must be 18 months old by September 1st to register.

 

Registration is taken each year with members of NSBC being given first choice; children previously enrolled in the program given second choice; and others registered as space permits.

 

We do maintain a waiting list with reservations given to the first name in the age group with a vacancy. Enrollment is considered permanent.

 

Supply Fees: (FALL 2008/SPRING 2009)

 

For children that attend 1 day a week the semester supply fee is $25.00.

For children that attend 2 days a week the semester supply fee is $35.00.

 

Tuition:

 

For children that attend 1 day a week the monthly fee is $60.00.

18 month class must attend 2 days/week.)

For children that attend 2 days a week the monthly fee is $115.00.

3rd child same family 1/2 price.

 

  1. This amount is charged regardless of the attendance of the child.
  2. Tuition for the month is due on the first class day of each month. A late payment fee of $2 per CDO day will be assessed for any late payments. If payment is not made within two days, the child will not be allowed to attend CDO.
  3. Payments must be made on a monthly basis.
  4. Receipts for payment are not issued, therefore payment by check is preferred. Checks need to be made payable to North Side Baptist Church. (PLEASE -- Note your child's name on the check if the last name is different than the name on the check.)
  5. There will be a $25.00 reprocessing fee for all returned checks.
  6. If you have any unpaid tuition or fees from the previous semester, then your child will be unable to attend CDO until your account is clear.
  7. Your child's place may be cancelled for failure to follow payment rules.

 

Late Fee:

 

A late payment will be assessed for failure to pick up your child by 2:30pm. The fee will be $5.00 for each 15 minutes that your child is left at CDO.

 

Drop-Ins:

 

Drop-in children will be accepted for the day, if space is available at $20 each day. 

 

SUMMER SESSION 2008  (for ages:18 months (by June 1st) through completion of Kindergarten.)

 

Information/General Information:  Same as the 08-09 school year

 

Registration Fees:

 

CDO will be open JUNE 3th through JULY 31st for SUMMER SESSION. This will require a separate $25 non-refundable registration/supply fee to reserve your child's place.  CDO will be closed June 23rd & June 27th for Vacation Bible School. VBS is for ages that have completed K-Grade 6, see NSBC website for details.

 

Tuition price for the entire summer is $210 and is due by June 3rd in order to start your child.  The 3rd child of same family is 1/2 price.

4 & 5 year old classes will take field trips that may require an additional fee.

There is a $2 fee for pizza meals.

 

Drop-in children will be accepted for the day, if space is available. The charge is $20.00 per day.
