Van N. Houser, Senior Pastor

Our pastor came to NSBC as Interim in November of 1998.  It became quickly evident that his gifts in teaching and leading were a perfect fit for our church.  After becoming our Senior Pastor, he began to lead NSBC into the largest growth trend in it's history.  Doubling in 5 years, and now nearly tripling in size, it is clear that our church and community have responded well to Pastor Van's leadership.  Van is a passionate and credible teacher of God's Word.  At the same time, he has a tender heart for all people, and consistently challenges those on our staff and in volunteer leadership positions to be better.  You will love his sense of humor, and the rich experience from which he shares.
